01 - 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced (peel optional)
02 - 2 green onions (scallions), thinly sliced

03 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
04 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
06 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
07 - 1 garlic clove, finely minced
08 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
09 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
10 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

11 - 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Wash cucumbers and green onions. Thinly slice cucumbers (peel if preferred) and slice green onions; transfer to a large mixing bowl.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt or sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, rice vinegar, kosher salt and black pepper until smooth and homogenous.
03 - Pour the dressing over the sliced cucumbers and green onions. Use salad tongs or a large spoon to toss gently until all vegetables are evenly coated.
04 - Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the salad and toss lightly to distribute. Garnish with chopped dill if using. Serve immediately for maximum crunch or refrigerate for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
